Here is Kara, Makenna and Jaime(Makenna's best friend). This picture was taken on Dec. 22 in our front yard just before they went to the best sledding hill around these parts, which just happens to be right next to our house!
This post is for Logan. I don't want to fade from his memory and be only a voice on the phone. So even though I don't like showing pictures of me (I'm always the one behind the camera) I'll do it for Logan.
Ah the luxuries of the 21st century! It may have taken us nine years to finally get Internet, but it is so nice. Seeing as we now have normal Internet I can finally keep the blog up to date!
Here is our garden. As you can see we have made alot of progress since this winter. Our garden is a square foot garden which means that you can grow more food in less space. The cages are not to keep the plants in, they are to keep our mischievous cat out. We found last year that she thoroughly enjoyed digging up all of our carrots and killing our herbs. So this year we came up the cages and it is working so far.
We recently took a family vacation to Capitol Reef National Park. It was a fun trip. The weather was sunny and warm the whole time. Between hiking, playing games, and playing with Logan we never were board. This trip brought back alot of good memories that the red rocks and fruit orchards of Capitol Reef will always hold for me and for my family.
